Agreement to Terms

By using the Dasshh website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all riders, drivers, and visitors to the Dasshh platform.

1. The Dasshh Service

Dasshh is a technology platform that connects riders with local, vetted drivers for professional transportation — primarily serving airport routes. Dasshh is not a transportation carrier. The drivers who use our platform are independent contractors who set their own schedules and operate their own vehicles.

What We Provide

• A website and mobile app for booking rides and managing your account
• Transparent flat-rate fares and payment processing
• Real-time trip tracking and driver communication
• Customer support for ride-related issues

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dasshh account. By using Dasshh, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at support@dasshh.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Dasshh is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created safety concerns for drivers or other riders.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

When you book a ride through Dasshh, you are entering into a service agreement with the driver. Please treat your driver with respect — they are running a small business.

Cancellation Policy

• Before driver assignment: Cancel anytime at no charge.
• After driver assignment: You may be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel within 10 minutes of driver arrival or after the driver has been en route for more than 5 minutes.
• No-shows: If you are not present at the agreed pickup location, the driver may mark the ride as a no-show and you will be charged the full fare.

5. Fares and Payment

Dasshh displays a flat-rate fare before you book and does not use surge pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize Dasshh to charge the fare and any other fees disclosed to you before they apply.

Tips are optional and go directly to your driver. Dasshh does not take a portion of tips.

6. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Dasshh app for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm drivers or other users
• Leave excessive mess or damage in a driver's vehicle
• Provide false information when creating an account or booking a ride
• Attempt to circumvent our platform to book rides directly with drivers
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

Violations may result in account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

7. Safety

Your safety is our priority. Always verify your driver's name, photo, and license plate before entering a vehicle. If something feels wrong, trust your instincts — you can cancel a ride at any time. For emergencies, contact local emergency services directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dasshh provides a technology platform to connect riders with drivers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dasshh is not liable for:

• The acts or omissions of drivers, who are independent contractors
• Delays, cancellations, or changes to trips caused by weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

In all cases, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The Dasshh name, logo, app design, and all content on our platform are owned by Dasshh or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of Dasshh is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it — it explains what data we collect and how we use it.

11. SMS Terms

If you separately choose to receive marketing text messages, Dasshh may send recurring automated messages about new apps and beta testing to the U.S. mobile number you provide. Consent is not required to purchase a ride or join a beta. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Continued use of Dasshh after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
