Service Accommodations: We strive to accommodate all passengers within the capabilities of our standard vehicle fleet. While we do not currently operate specialized accessibility vehicles or equipment, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with:

• Entering and exiting vehicles

• Storing mobility aids that fit safely in our vehicles

• Accommodating service animals as required by federal and Minnesota law

• Providing reasonable modifications to our service when possible

 

Important Information:

• Our vehicles are standard passenger vehicles without wheelchair lifts or ramps

• We reserve the right to decline service only when we cannot safely accommodate a passenger's specific needs or when accommodation would fundamentally alter our service

• For customers requiring specialized transportation equipment, we recommend contacting Metro Mobility (651-602-1111) or other ADA paratransit services
